Refunds & Returns Policy
At Lucky Scoops ZA, each scoop is carefully packed with a variety of surprise items. Because of the nature of our products, all scoops are mystery-based and randomly selected.
No Returns on Preference
Due to the mystery nature of our products:
- We do not accept returns or refunds based on personal preference
- We do not guarantee specific items in any scoop
- Items shown on our website or social media are examples only
By placing an order, you agree to receive a random selection of items.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly assist.
To qualify:
- You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damaged item(s)
- Include your order number
Once approved, we may offer:
- A replacement item
- Store credit
- Partial refund (where applicable)
Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- We will investigate and resolve the issue accordingly
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:
- Opened products
- Used items
- Items not in original condition
Order Cancellations
- Orders may only be cancelled before they are packed or shipped
- Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled
