Refunds & Returns Policy

At Lucky Scoops ZA, each scoop is carefully packed with a variety of surprise items. Because of the nature of our products, all scoops are mystery-based and randomly selected.

No Returns on Preference
Due to the mystery nature of our products:

  • We do not accept returns or refunds based on personal preference
  • We do not guarantee specific items in any scoop
  • Items shown on our website or social media are examples only

By placing an order, you agree to receive a random selection of items.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, we will gladly assist.

To qualify:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Include your order number

Once approved, we may offer:

  • A replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund (where applicable)

Missing Items
If an item is missing from your order:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • We will investigate and resolve the issue accordingly

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

  • Opened products
  • Used items
  • Items not in original condition

Order Cancellations

  • Orders may only be cancelled before they are packed or shipped
  • Once an order has been processed, it cannot be cancelled
